  4. Enter all the necessary information for the new entry and click “Save” when you are done. 
  5. To modify an existing entry, select it from the list and click on “Change” at the top of the screen. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when you are done. 
  7. To delete an entry, select it from the list and click on “Delete” at the top of the screen. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the entry by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
