  2. Select the “Transport Characteristic Hierarchies” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the name of the characteristic hierarchy that needs to be transported. 
  4. Select the “Transport” button to start the transport process. 
  5. The transport request will be created and sent to the target system. 
  6. In the target system, select the “Receive Characteristic Hierarchies” option from the menu. 
  7. Enter the name of the characteristic hierarchy that needs to be received. 
  8. Select the “Receive” button to start the receiving process. 
  9. The characteristic hierarchy will be received in the target system and can now be used in that system.
