  1. Enter transaction code IP03 in the command field. 
  2. Select the maintenance plan you want to view or edit from the list of available plans. 
  3. If you want to create a new plan, click on the “Create” button. 
  4. Enter the necessary information for the plan, such as its components, tasks, and scheduling information. 
  5. Click on “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them. 
  6. To delete a plan, select it from the list and click on “Delete”. 
  7. Confirm your action by clicking on “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
