  5. Select the “Save” button to save the form letter. 
  6. Select the “Change” button to make changes to an existing form letter. 
  7. Enter the name of the form letter in the “Form Letter Name” field. 
  8. Make changes to the text of the form letter in the “Text” field as needed. 
  9. Select the “Save” button to save changes made to an existing form letter.
