  4. Create a new worklist by entering a name and description for it. 
  5. Add tasks to the worklist by entering a name and description for each task. 
  6. Assign tasks to specific users or groups by selecting them from the list of available users or groups. 
  7. Set deadlines for each task by entering a date in the “Deadline” field. 
  8. Track progress by viewing the status of each task in the “Status” column.
