  5. Select “Save” when finished. 
  6. Repeat steps 2-5 for each additional status that needs to be created or modified. 
  7. Select “Activate” from the menu bar when all changes have been made and saved.

  It is important to note that once a status has been activated, it cannot be changed or deleted without first deactivating it.
