  4. To create a new characteristic, select the “Create” button and enter the desired details for the new characteristic. 
  5. To assign values to a characteristic, select the “Values” button and enter the desired values for the characteristic. 
  6. To delete an existing characteristic, select the “Delete” button and confirm your selection. 
  7. To assign a characteristic to a material master record, select the “Assign” button and enter the desired material master record details. 
  8. Finally, select the “Save” button to save your changes.
