  6. Select “Change” from the menu bar to make changes to an existing BOM. 
  7. Enter the material number for which you want to make changes to its BOM. 
  8. Make changes to the components of the BOM in the “Components” tab as needed. 
  9. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  10. Select “Copy” from the menu bar to copy an existing BOM and create a new one with similar components. 
  11. Enter the material number for which you want to copy its BOM and enter a new material number for which you want to create a new BOM with similar components as that of the original one. 
  12. Select “Save” to save your changes and create a new BOM with similar components as that of the original one.
