    5. Click on “Archive” button to start archiving process. 
    6. Once archiving process is complete, click on “OK” button to confirm archiving process is successful. 
    7. To view archived documents, select “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the document you want to view in the “Document Name” field. 
    8. To edit or delete an archived document, select “Change” or “Delete” option from the menu bar respectively and enter the name of the document you want to edit or delete in the “Document Name” field. 
    9. To search for an archived document, select “Search” option from the menu bar and enter either document name or ID in the respective fields provided for searching purpose. 
    10. Finally, click on “Execute” button to start searching process and view results of search query in a new window that will open up after clicking on execute button.
