   Change Documents
  
  Overview:
  CE03 is a SAP transaction code used to review change documents in the Change and Transport System (CTS). It is used to view the details of a change document, such as the objects that have been changed, the user who created the document, and the date and time of the change. 
  
  Functionality: 
  CE03 allows users to view all of the details associated with a change document. This includes the objects that have been changed, the user who created the document, and the date and time of the change. Additionally, users can view any comments associated with the document, as well as any transport requests that have been created for it. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code CE03 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the name of the change document you wish to review in the “Change Document” field. 
  3. Click “Execute” to view all of the details associated with the change document. 
  4. To view any comments associated with the document, click on “Comments” in the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  5. To view any transport requests that have been created for this document, click on “Transport Requests” in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the features available in CE03 before using it to review change documents. Additionally, users should ensure that they have appropriate authorization before attempting to access or modify any documents in CTS.
