  5. To change an existing archiving object, select “Change” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. To delete an existing archiving object, select “Delete” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  7. To view archived data, select “Display” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  8. When finished, select “Back” or “Exit” from the menu bar at the top of the screen to return to the previous screen or exit out of this transaction code respectively.
