This will open a window where they can select the desired spending status description from a drop-down menu. Tips & Tricks: It is important to remember that setting a customer’s spending status description to “Inactive” or “Suspended” will prevent them from accessing certain services or discounts. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the correct spending status description is set for each customer account.
