  • What causes this issue?

    Either no folder was found that corresponds to your search criteria or
    the search criteria contain an error. It is possible that the wrong
    folder area was specified meaning that the shared instead of the
    private folders were searched or vice versa.

    How to fix this error?

    Choose <LS>Cancel</>, and execute one of the following functions:
    Check and, if necessary, correct your entry.
    Specify a different folder name.
    Create a new folder.

    When moving documents note the following:
    Folders that have an retention period for the documents in the folder
    that is smaller than the age of a document to be moved are not included
    in the search.
