'tp' and 'R3trans' versions that are currently available in the managed
system are not sufficient to use central CTS.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
In the managed system, update 'tp' and 'R3trans' to the latest version
available in SAP Service Marketplace. To do this, proceed as described
in SAP Note 19466.
