¿Qué causa este problema?

The template type &V1& of the template that you want to assign to the
business partner has the category "only copy possible".
You can assign only templates of template types with the category "only
reference possible" to a business partner in this case.

Either choose a template type of the category "only reference possible",
or change the category for template &V1& in the settings for the
template types of the Template Framework (TFW).
