What causes this issue?
You are working in the scenario editor. This setting is used to create
scenarios and only offers limited editing possibilities.
The loaded workflow definition cannot be edited here. It can only be
displayed.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
To edit the workflow definition, use transaction SWDD or PFWS.
