What causes this issue?
The workflow to be monitored (&v2&) is already completed (status
<ZK>with errors</> or <ZK>logically deleted</>). The current status is
&v3&.System Response
The review workflow &v1& is not started.
How to fix this error?
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
