Message text: Shipping dates were redetermined
The shipping dates were redetermined based on the delivery date.
You defined in the delivery type that if a new route schedule was
chosen, the shipping dates should be rescheduled, which is exactly what
the system did.
During rescheduling, the system attempts to keep the delivery date and
to redefine all other shipping dates using backward scheduling. If this
is not possible, the shipping dates are scheduled using forward
scheduling starting at the current date. In this case, it may be
necessary to move the delivery date forward.
Check the shipping dates. You can find all shipping dates on the
<LS>Processing screen</> (<LS>Goto -> Header -> Processing</>).
You can make settings as to whether the system should reschedule
shipping dates in the case of a new route schedule in
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLSDVOLF>Customizing for the delivery type</>.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
