What causes this issue?
There is an inbound delivery &V3& for the PO item &V1& &V2&, that is
currently being processed in the decentralized Warehouse Management
System. You can no longer cancel the PO item.System Response
The system rejects the requested status change.
How to fix this error?
This business transaction must be reversed at organizational level.

(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
