Message text: No configuration data maintained for material &1 in plant &2
A delivery item is to be created for material &v1&. The material has
data that can be configured, but the system could not find
configuration data for the item.
The system does not allow further processing of this item.
If you attempted to create the delivery item without reference to a
previous item, the configuration data in the material master was
probably not maintained for plant &v2&. If the delivery item was to be
created with reference to a previous item, the configuration data for
item &v3& in the document &v4& can be maintained subsequently. If the
respective application does not allow this, maintain the data as you
would for the above case.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
