    An error occured when storing the document in the Knowledge Provider
    (KPRO).

    System Response

    The document was not stored, the process was terminated.

    How to fix this error?

    Solve the error and save the document again. Possible causes could be:
    +,,The save category SOFFDB has been redefined by a new category. The
    Customizing data of this new save category is not properly maintained or
    the new save category does not exist. Check the Customizing.
    +,,You are using an external content server for the save, that is, the
    save category SOFFDB was redefined by SOFFHTTP. The content server is
    not connected correctly or cannot be reached for other reasons. Check
    the connection to the content server.
    +,,The document is locked in an external application and can therefore
    not be read. Close the external application and save the document again.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
