The system tried to find the Office user for an SAP user. This was not
possible. It then tried to create the Office user for this user
automatically. This was also not possible. The SAP name may already
have been assigned to another user as an Office name.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Inform the SAPoffice administrator, who can then try to create the user
manually via the SAPoffice Office user management (transaction SO12).
It may be necessary to use a name which is different to the SAPoffice
name.
