    The system cannot download the latest version of the composite SAP Note

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to download SAP Notes &V1& using an RFC connection in SAP
    Note Assistant, you need to set up an RFC connection to OSS.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Alternatively, you can download the note from SAP Service Marketplace.
