The order does not appear to have been created in SAP Retail Store.
This can have the following reasons:
The order was created outside the SAP system. The fields are not filled
in the way that SAP Retail Store would fill them.
The order was created outside the SAP system. Options were used that do
not exist in SAP Retail Store.
The order was created by a different store with SAP Retail Store. It is
not clear from the order which store created the order, as it does not
contain a unique sales office. SAP Retail Store Customizing or the
assignment of distribution center in the other store differs from the
current store.
The system limits the change options so that you cannot change the data
in a way that is not perfmitted.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
