  • What causes this issue?

Confirmation &V1&, counter &V2& was entered for a milestone operation.
This means that preceding operations were automatically confirmed at
    the same time.
Goods movements were also entered for the confirmed operation
(backflushing/automatic goods receipt). The document for the goods
movements may contain components that are allocated to preceding
    operations.
Since a milestone confirmation only creates one document for all
operations concerned, and since confirmations automatically created by
the milestone confirmation may have been cancelled manually, it is not
possible to determine, which goods movements were posted with the
    milestone operation.

    How to fix this error?

Check, whether the cancellation of confirmation &V1&, counter &V2&
should also cancel all the goods movements posted with the
    confirmation.
If individual goods movements should not be canceled, you need to
correct the goods movements list before you save your entries.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages (message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.

An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
