  • What causes this issue?

    The credentials (by default SIDadm or sapadm) for webservices (inside of
    logical ports) used by integrated CCMS are no longer valid on OS-level
    of the monitored component anymore. This could happen if the password
    was changed on the system without updating the registration on central
    system.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Goto RZ21->Technical Infrastructure->Configure Central System->Configure
    Remote Monitoring and repeat the registration of the monitored
    component.
