Message text: Conversion not performed for record with key & &
While attempting to import the predefined cluster structure, the system
detected an inconsistency between the numbers or names of the objects
to be imported and their definition in the HR import interface. The
import was terminated because the standard conversion program was not
able to convert the record.
Possible causes are a corrupt data format or new customer objects in
the relevant cluster.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If you have <LS>not</> changed the cluster structure defined by SAP
using your own programs or transactions, please delete the record from
the database <LS>before production startup</>. Most HR cluster records
can be restored by HR application programs once the relevant
recalculations are performed. A database record of this type usually
affects only one personnel number. In critical situations, call the
Hotline.
You can use the utilities RPUPxD00 and RPUPxD10 to delete records from
HR cluster databases. The 'x' stands for the number of the PCLx
database (1, 2, 3 or 4). <LS>Records should only be deleted by an
experienced and authorized HR system administrator. If you have any
questions, please call the HR Hotline.</>
If you have changed the cluster structure in previous releases using
your own programs, contact your consultant. The conversion will need to
be reprogrammed for your special case.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
