Message text: PBA & already current; latest PBA run will be output
You will get this informational message if you selected to re-generated
a PBA, but the data cannot be regenerated. Therefore, the most recent
run of the PBA statement is output. In otherwords, what you have
received as output is equivelent to a reprint of the most recent
previous PBA run.
The PBA could not be regenerated for one of the following reasons:
1. PBA has already been finalized.
2. PBA is already current, i.e., there has been no PPNs or other
activity since the last run.
3. A subsequent month has already been finalized for this PBA.
Program will output the most recent stored report.
Nothing to do. Message is just informational to note that the output
is the same as the last report run and has not been regenerated.
If the report has NOT been finalized and has a status of "Current", but
you would like to regenerate, you can manually set the status to
"Outdated", then re-run the report. A status of "outdated" indicates
to the system that there has been PPN activity and the report must be
regenerated.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
