All selected <DS:GLOS.shop_papers>shop papers</> are output to the
    specified output device.
The output device is usually a printer or fax machine. You specify the
required output device by entering the destination.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Printing shop papers
You print shop papers by performing the following steps:
    Select a shop paper.
Check the destination of the proposed output device. Enter the required
    destination if necessary.
    Confirm the entries by pressing
    <ZH>Print/fax</>.
    RESET N1
The shop papers will be printed when you save.
Pay attention to the indicator <LS>Print diversion</>. If this indicator
is set for a shop paper, this indicates that the print diversion is
active. This may cause the shop papers to be printed at another output
device on the basis of certain values.
    Faxing shop papers
You fax shop papers by performing the following steps:
    Select a shop paper.
Enter the receiver number and the country.
    Confirm the entries by pressing
    <ZH>Print/fax</>.
    RESET N1
The shop papers will be faxed when you save.
    <ZH>Note</>
If you selected several shop papers and pressed
<LS>Print/fax</>, the system prints or faxes the shop papers regardless
of whether the receiver number is maintained.
If a receiver number is maintained, the system assumes that the shop
paper is to be faxed, regardless of whether the entered destination of
the output device is a fax server or not. A valid fax destination will
be subsequently determined by the system.
    Multiple faxing
If you want to fax several shop papers immediately, perform the
    following steps:
    Select the shop papers.
    Press <LS>Multiple fax</>.
Enter the receiver number and the country.
Confirm your entries by pressing <LS>Continue</>.
The shop papers will be faxed when you save.

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages (message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.

An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
