What causes this issue?

You want to create a new piece of equipment with reference to a
reference equipment &V1& within the framework of service processing.
The configuration of the new piece of equipment is used to describe the
service item &V2&. However, <ZH>no</> changed characteristic values can
be copied to the equipment configuration after the service order has
been technically completed, as this would lead to inconsistencies in
the equipment configuration.

How to fix this error?

Check the object dependencies that you have assigned to the reference
equipment &V1&. Conditions (for example, in the form of constraints)
will be violated if you overwrite the characteristic values with those
of the configuration for the service item &V2&. <ZH>This is also valid
