    that fulfills the criteria for the destruction of data. For this, the
    system creates a data record in the infotype <LS>Archiving/Data
    Destruction</> (0283). This destruction log has the status <LS>Prepared
    for Data Destruction</> and has the end date as the date until which the
    data can be destroyed.
    Once you have run the delete program, the system sets the status of this
    destruction log to <LS>Destroyed</>.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
