What causes this issue?

There is an inconsistency because various net weights have one or more
alternative units of measurement; whereas, a net weight can only be
compared for a database with base units and not alternative units of
measurements.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Perform one of the following actions, as required:
Check all denominators and counters for conversion to the base units of
measurement and make the required changes.
Enter a different Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) variant combination,
as appropriate.
