Was verursacht dieses Problem?

Object &V1& &V2& &V3& has already been exported and is therefore known
in other systems. This also means that the object can only be moved to a
production package, since otherwise inconsistencies and errors can
occur.
The package you have selected is local, or has its original version in a
different system. The system cannot determine the transport layer or the
target system.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

To move the object &V1& &V2& &V3& to a local (private) package, proceed
as follows:
Create a copy of the object &V1& &V2& &V3& under a different name and
assign it to a local (private) package.
Delete the old object.
The deletion is recorded in a task. Release the task and its request.
The object is deleted in follow-on systems as soon as this request is
transported into these systems.
If required, you can give the copy its original name back after you have
released the request.
If the target package is not local, move the object in the package's
original system or perform a relocation with package change for the
object.
